Fall Registration Forms - New Campers

For anyone attending boot camp for the first time, please print and complet the following forms. You can return these to Michelle Vass, Jan Thornell or email me a copy at mthornell@cslllc.biz. You can also bring them to your first workout. Thanks!






Fall Schedule

Welcome back!

It is time to get back to work with the fall edition of Clear Lake Boot Camp. The workouts will run through October and November, and will end right before the Thanksgiving holidays. This is a great chance to get a head start on New Year's resolutions and ward off the dreaded holiday season weight gain!


There will be 10 total workouts and we will meet twice a week:
  • Wednesday evening - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday morning - 8:00 am

  • Wednesday 10/14 - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday 10/17 - 8:00 am
  • Wednesday 10/21 - 6:30 pm
  • *NO CLASS Saturday 10/24*
  • Wednesday 10/28 - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday 10/31 - 8:00 am
  • Wednesday 11/4 - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday 11/7 - 8:00 am
  • Wednesday 11/11 - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday 11/14 - 8:00 am
  • Wednesday 11/18 - 6:30 pm

The workouts will now be held at Ward Elementary in Clear Lake.

There is a field/track at the corner of Pineloch and Penn Hills and that is where we will meet.

Pricing:

Each workout will be $10.

  • You can pay up front or bring cash/check to each workout
  • I believe that paying up front adds a degree of accountability, you won't want to waste your money - if you prepay for all 10 workouts but only make it to 5, that is your loss!

Registration:

Please note that if you have already registered/attended boot camp you do not need to fill out the registration forms.
